CHANGES TO ORDERS:
You have 24 hours to make any changes to an order placed, or to cancel the order. After 24 hours, changes cannot be guaranteed.
Wood signs: absolutely NO changes or cancellations can be made after 24 hours. This is due to our production process that cannot be changed once started.

PROCESSING TIME:
All items are made-to-order, and take 2-10 business days to process and produce. Prints typically take 2-5 business days, and wood signs and home goods typically take 5-7 days to process. Once the order has been produced, we ship via USPS which will take an additional 2-5 business days. You will be sent a shipping confirmation email when your order ships, and it will include your tracking number.

SHIPPING TIME:
Orders are shipped 1-4 days after processing via USPS Priority or First Class depending on the weight of your order. Domestic orders typically arrive within 2-5 business days once they are shipped. International orders typically take 1-2 weeks. Unfortunately, international shipping times cannot be guaranteed and sometimes take longer due to customs delays. 

SOME ORDERS MAY BE DIVIDED INTO MULTIPLE SHIPMENTS:
Some products are packaged and shipped separately. For example, we ship our small format prints in small, flat boxes (any size 11" x 14" or smaller). We ship our large format prints rolled safely in a poster mailer. These two sizes may ship on different days and arrive on different days. You do not incur any extra shipping charges for split shipments.

FEES:
Customs - Shipments outside of the USA may incur customs fees, depending on destination country. The fee may vary depending on your order value, country limits, and other factors. The customer is responsible for these fees.
Taxes - Your order may be subect to sales tax where applicable. 

RETURNS:
Returns and exchanges can be made up to 30 days after the order date. Original shipping costs and return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer. Items returned for any reason other than damage, incorrect item or a mistake in the order are subject to a 20% restocking fee. 

We DO NOT accept returns on personalized items or home goods (tote bags, mugs, tea towels, etc.). Please review all the product details and double check that all personalized content you provided is accurate before purchase.

DAMAGED ITEMS:
All orders are packed with the utmost care to assure safe arrival. But in the unlikely event that your item is damaged during transit, please contact us within 3 days and we'll arrange a replacement to be sent.
